A: Send an email to info@bandsforlabels.com and let us know what your email address is that you used to create your account. We will get your username to you. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot your password" link on the login screen and you will be able to retrieve it successfully.

Q: We are currently signed up as a label, however we are looking for our bands to be picked up by a larger label. We are also looking to partner with another label for distribution/ international promotion etc. How can we go about this?
A: Sign your band up on the band side of bands for labels, and see how the band matches up with other industry professionals. The cost is only $6.95 per month. Also mention in their profile that you are the label representing the band and that you are interested in partnerships with other industry professionals.

Q: How can I become a featured label on the bands front page?
A: Send an email to info@bandsforlabels.com with your web address and or myspace pages where we can listen to your music and we will consider it. You must be a member in good standing in order to have this available to you.

Q: How can my bands be considered for a Top 10 band of the month listing on the front page?
A: We don't give these out lightly, but please send us your website and or myspace page where we can check out your music. If we feel that you have something to offer in addition to great music, we will consider it. Feel free to submit your information every month.

Q: I put in all of my answers in the drop down menus and answered all of the essay questions for the band that I am promoting on the band pages, but nobody is matching up. How come nobody loves my bands?
A: Not all bands have the same idea as industry professionals do, so naturally they might be looking for someone with different answers. You have the ability to go back and change your answers to see what most bands are looking for. But it is always best to be honest in your questions.

Q: How can I get my bands on the bands for labels compilation that goes out to other labels for consideration?

Q: How do I cancel my labels current subscription?
A: If you are signed up as a label, the subscription is free. If you are registering a band on the site then it is $6.95 per month. Some bands find a label and vice versa, where they do not need to be on the site anymore. If this is the case then you can either go to www.ccbill.com or call (888) 736-6474. We would appreciate it if you were to let us know about your successes of finding a match in a testimonial so we can share it with others.
